Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool that involves the use of guided visualizations, relaxation and grounding techniques to facilitate a connection with one's subconscious processes and intuition.  When we are in a state of hypnosis, we are better connected to our intuition and deeper, more creative aspects of self.  A typical Hypnotherapy session is about 75 - 90 minutes long and involves a combination of pre-written and customized guided-visualizations that are specific and unique to you and your goals.
